Why We Need Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs)!

With a huge demand for capable teachers at peak times, SECONDARY SUPPLY is delighted to deploy NQTs with the appropriate skills, qualifications, and familiarity with the latest developments in the National Curriculum. 

It is important for NQTs to complete their induction year. Agencies are not allowed to monitor that induction year, but SECONDARY SUPPLY has client schools which are willing to take on that responsibility. Day-to-day supply does not count towards an induction year; to be reckonable such service must contain at least a one-term placement. Three separate term placements count as an induction year. NQTs have five years in which to complete their induction.
